and reservation deposits.

Reservation Deposits are 20% of pre-sale purchase price.

10% - In cashiers check payable to The Overlook Development Group, LLC
10%- In Bank letter of credit assignable to The Overlook Development Group, LLC

All reservations are non-refundable with exception of non-performance by The Overlook Development
Group, LLC. All units must be closed within 30 days of completion of construction. Reservation proceeds may
be used for construction related expense. All renderings and floor plans may vary from actual finished product.
