July 15th 2006
The project is slightly ahead of schedule at this time.
We are still on pace for a march completion date.
Next up is pouring the concrete footings.

August 18th, 2006
As of today we are 3 days ahead of schedule. This is
the retaining wall and footings. Next week the slab will
be poured
and then we should see some walls forming.
September 17th, 2006
As of today we are 5 days behind schedule.
As you can see we are working on the second floor about
to begin the third.
October 18th, 2006
As of today we are 9 days behind schedule. We are
about to pour the 4th floor. Soon we will begin
construction on the roof
system.
December 28th, 2006
As of today we are 11 days behind schedule. We are
now dried in and our seawall is complete. We are
beginning to hang sheetrock and build docks.
February 10th, 2007
We are now being told that we will be completed
by April 15th. Next up is the swimming pool and interior
finishes.
March 10th, 2007
We are still planning on getting our C/O's by
April 15th. More interior finishes, Exterior painting
and Parking lot are next.
March 30th, 2007
First Model Unit is complete.






May 3rd, 2007
Pool is complete.


May 10th, 2007
Building is completed and we are working on punch
list and final landscaping.



All reservations are non-refundable with exception of
non-performance by The Overlook Development
Group, LLC. All units must be closed within 30 days of
completion of construction. Reservation proceeds may
be
used for construction related expense. All renderings
and floor plans may vary from actual finished product.
